Aaron Galletta

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Aaron is the Founder of KRE8 Realty and a veteran of the US Navy SEAL Teams.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from National University and an MBA from UCLA, Anderson School of Management, where he studied Entrepreneurship.  With a great passion for real estate, since 2010, Aaron has been an avid investor in commercial developments, multi-family properties, and value-add remodel projects. His passion for real estate has now driven him to create a modernized brokerage, designed to show agents what the future of real estate truly looks like!

June Williams

Broker of Record

Originally from Mission Viejo, California, June brings over two decades of real estate and business experience. With a Bachelor of Science from California State University Fullerton and an MBA from the University of Redlands, she has paired academic achievement with hands-on expertise. Since earning her real estate license in 2002 and broker’s license in 2005, June has built a respected career in residential, commercial, and business sales, as well as mortgage financing. Her background also includes serving as a Compliance Officer for several respected brokerages, where she became known for her keen attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to raising industry standards.

June’s strategic mindset, innovative marketing, and strong negotiation abilities make her an asset to clients and agents alike. Her decision to join KRE8 Realty was driven by a shared vision of innovation, growth, and agent empowerment. As Broker of Record, she is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals and helping KRE8 Realty continue pushing the boundaries of what a modern brokerage can be.

Karissa Shadoan

Regional Manager & Agent Concierge

Originally from San Diego California, Karissa, enjoys a life of travel and experience, Karissa has lived in diverse areas from Oregon, Washington, and Colorado to our Southern neighbors down in Texas. Karissa’s heart is as big as her love for real estate, where she advocates for underprivileged children donating countless time and money to various reputable organizations.

Karissa earned her B.A. in Finance and Business from San Diego State University. She has been a licensed California realtor since 2010 and is known as the “Queen” of Foreclosures and REO’s, now owning a portfolio of investment properties. Karissa thrives on helping others succeed. Her vivacious personality and extensive knowledge of the real estate market have led her to close many multi-million dollar deals.
