Karissa earned her B.A. in Finance and Business from San Diego State University. She has been a licensed California realtor since 2010 and is known as the “Queen” of Foreclosures and REOs, now owning a portfolio of investment properties. Karissa thrives on helping others succeed — her vivacious personality and extensive knowledge of the real estate market have led her to close many multi-million dollar deals.

Arvin seamlessly transitioned into real estate, drawing on his wealth of industry knowledge and a successful sales background.
